Rocaille armchair

The Rocaille chair draws its form from the furniture of the Rococo period. Its lightweight construction, adorned with handcrafted, mass-colored glass and upholstery made of painted silk, creates a truly unique effect. The hand-painted motifs on the fabric are miniature works of art.

For this upholstery, artist Joanna Szymankiewicz was invited to collaborate. Over 25 years of working with silk, she has developed her own unique technique for processing and painting this delicate material.
